- 10 oz. Broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 4 oz Butter
- 1 Onion, small, chopped fine
- 1 c Cottage Cheese, small curd
- 3 Eggs
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Yields 1 Loaf
Cut butter into small pieces. Break broccoli in the small pieces. Mix all ingredients and put in a 9” x 5” greased and floured pan. Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes or until done.
